Erotic massage is more focused on sensuality, touch and physical experience. It's a much more relaxed and accessible form — you don't need any spiritual beliefs or meditation experience.
My massage is an erotic massage with tantric elements. This means the foundation is a sensual experience — body to body, naked massage, working with arousal. But I also use certain tantric techniques, mainly edging and conscious breathing.
I do not frame it as spirituality or ritual. I see it as a beautiful experience that connects body and senses in a way that is deeper than a regular massage but more accessible than full tantra.
